This engagement session was kind of like a dream. One of those really good dreams that you want to relive over & over!!
When we arrived at Tom's Mom's house in Sturgeon Bay, we knew a few things to be true: Karyn & Tom are awesome, they have an adorable pup named Weasley, and Tom's Mom's house is on the water in beautiful Door County. Those three things alone had us feeling SO excited for Karyn & Tom's engagement session!! Little did we know, we would be photographing them along one of the loveliest tucked away parts of the County on a private dock, with dunes across the Bay that looked like we were in Cape Cod. And, this was only to be followed by more costal beauty as we inched our way along Bayshore drive over to The Alpine Resort!
Together, Karyn & Tom are affectionate and adorable, and Weasley had us all smiling non-stop with his bow tie and his cute little self! :) We cannot thank these two enough for spending the evening with us and are already looking forward to their Door County wedding next May at the stunning Horseshoe Bay Golf Club!

They stepped out of their vehicle and, immediately, our excitement for this session grew times ten. After having Meghan & Tony over to our home for a consult earlier this year we already knew these two were adorable and so easy to chat with, but then... we saw Meghan's gorgeous dress!! Give us a lace dress and well-styled couple in a luscious greenery-filled location and we're excited, but then throw in little details like that lovely cut-out in Meghan's dress and the sweet way Tony could make her smile with a slight nose scrunch, and we're in LOVE!
Elizabeth & Chad planned the wedding of a lifetime. With a rustic vintage theme, they thoughtfully planned every element of their DIY wedding. It was no surprise (though we were ridiculously excited!!) when Jackie & Brandon told us that they had reserved Camp Randall and carved an hour out of their wedding day for us to photograph them right on the field! Being that they are giant Badger fans, this really couldn't have been more perfect. :) After a lovely ceremony filled with special moments with their adorable daughter, Mac, we enjoyed every minute of our time spent running around in the Stadium. Brandon had just gifted all of his groomsmen Air Jordans, and that too felt like a perfect match for Camp Randall ;) Meanwhile, the ladies were an absolute blast and their teal dresses were a stunning backdrop for some seriously gorgeous bouquets made by
