DOOR COUNTY FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY | THE MAJESKI'S

It couldn't have worked out more perfectly. All of the Majeski "kids" were back in Door County visiting their Mom & Dad from the states they now call home, and we also had a trip to the county planned to celebrate a family birthday. We were so thrilled when Marnie reached out to us to plan a family portrait session!! Butch has known their family since grade school and the two of us had the pleasure of photographing Marnie & Wes' wedding in Boulder years ago, so we were excited to get them in front of our cameras again. This time, on their home turf – their beautiful property near Jacksonport, WI! Surrounded by rolling hills & gardens, amazing landscaping, and even a handful of farm animals, it was the perfect setting to walk around and photograph such a beautiful family. Heidi and Maxx are approaching their third wedding anniversary, and we were thrilled when they reached out to us to celebrate a mini portrait session! These two are super cute & playful together and while their session was just last Thursday, we couldn't wait another day to share their images!

MAGGIE IS ONE! | DOOR COUNTY PHOTOGRAPHERS

We had the absolute pleasure of photographing this beautiful family of three when Maggie was a brand new bundle, and just over a week ago she celebrated her first birthday! With big blue eyes that light up for her Mom & Dad, this little lady is an absolute DOLL!! Kim had fun shopping for the most darling little dress for Maggie to wear and, because everyone is more comfortable in jeans, she slipped into a cute little nautical look for the second half of her session ;) Highlights from Maggie's one year session include, but are certainly not limited to: Daddy chasing her through the halls and into her room which brought about the BIGGEST smiles & giggles, playing with Mommy's pretty statement necklace, and giggling even more when they brought out her talking teddy bear!

CHRISTINA & BARRY | WINTER MATERNITY PHOTOGRAPHY!

Christina and Barry are one of the most genuine couples you will ever meet. They are strong in faith and have smiles that are so contagious, you can't help but feel their warmth! We consider ourselves especially lucky to call the two of them friends and were SOOO excited when Christina mentioned snowy maternity photos!! Watching her & Barry prepare for their baby boy (who is due to arrive in just a few short weeks!) has been such a joy! Christina is a photographer/artist and, together with the help of her handsome husband, they've designed one of the most stylish little nurseries yet! But most importantly, they're bursting with excitement to meet their little one and love on him non-stop. :) We were blessed with the most beautiful winter afternoon and had a laughter-filled time troopsing through waist-high snow together! Christina & Barry, thank you for creating these images with us!! We left your session with happy hearts and couldn't be more excited to see you grow your family!

WISCONSIN PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHERS | LAURIE!

Right around this time last year we had the GIANT honor of photographing this beautiful lady!!! Laurie is an amazing wedding photographer in the Milwaukee area and we were ecstatic when she reached out to us for photos to accompany the launch of her new website! Not only has her new brand been looking lovely since last summer, it is also the perfect representation of who Laurie is and what matters most in her life. :) Knowing that Laurie asked the two of us to be a little part of her journey makes us smile so big!!

For this lifestyle session, Laurie wanted to incorporate a few of her favorites – coffee, photos, her fiancé and baking! From the outfits she chose to the pampering she enjoyed leading up to her session & the gorgeous, joyful smile that never left her face, it's so fun for us to share these images with you today and relive the inspiring afternoon we shared!! :) We love the natural sparkle in Laurie's eyes because at the time of this session, she was in the process of reaching out & authentically grabbing what she wanted to achieve with her business by building her brand around her personality & passion!
