In addition to getting married, what are you MOST excited about when you think about your wedding day?
What is your wedding website? Please include the password if necessary.
Have you or perhaps your planner/florist created a vision board for your wedding? If so, we would love to view it! Please share the link here, or send the attachment via email to PhotogDuo@me.com :) If the pinboard is private, please invite us to view it via the following pinterest account: @mccartneysphoto
Are you having a Rehearsal Dinner and/or Welcome Party? Where are they taking place? Please share any/all information here! Are there any other wedding events you have planned as well? (ex: boat cruise, brunch, etc)
Will we be photographing your Rehearsal Dinner and/or Welcome Party? If yes, which?
When we arrive to photograph your getting ready moments & details, it helps to have a Detail Bag assembled with all of the items you would like us to style in your initial detail photographs. This bag could contain any of the following items: *Paper Suite (2 copies of your Invitation, Save the Date, Addressed & Stamped Envelope, Ceremony program, 2 place cards, etc) *Jewelry *Both of your wedding rings *Shoes *Extra Swatches of Lace or Fabric *Heirloom Pieces or Ring Boxes *Perfume *Vow books We love photographing the rings before the day gets started so once the ceremony is underway, the rings do not leave your finger for the remainder of the day! It also helps to have your gown hanging on a non-plastic hanger with any pins or stuffing removed! If you would like the bridesmaids dresses photographed as well, be sure to have them all hanging when we arrive. This gives us more time to find the perfect place to photograph your dress, rather than spending those precious minutes unpinning and hanging.
Sounds great!
Bride's getting ready location? (Location name, address) Where the Bride will have her final preparations taking place, such as last makeup & hair finishing touches and getting in the dress. These images are such a beautiful part of your day, filled with anticipation! We recommend choosing a clean and bright space with plenty of natural window light for the best photos.
Groom's getting ready location? (Location name, address)
Yes or No: The groom would like getting ready photos taken (can realistically do IF bride and groom are getting ready at the same or nearby locations).

Yes. I will have all of our Family ready for photos *at least* 1 hour before the Ceremony beings.
No, please take all of the Family photos immediately after the Ceremony.
We usually end all photos ~45 minutes before the ceremony begins. Would you like the photos to end any earlier and if so, at what time would you like pre-ceremony photos completed?
Tell us about any restrictions or guidelines at your ceremony location that we should know about (make to sure include if there are any time restrictions as to how early or how late we are permitted to be on the location).

Are there any family traditions or special things that we should know about which will be happening on your wedding day?
Please provide a detailed list of each portrait you would like taken for family formals. Please take the number of portraits into account. Below is our foundational formals check-list. Please customize it to meet the needs of your family and include the first name of each family member alongside their relation to you. For example: Mom (Jane), Step-Dan (Dan), etc. – The check-list below takes approximately 30 minutes to complete! Which family group photos would you like taken?
Couple + Bride's Parents & Siblings (+ their family/significant other)
Couple + Bride's Parents
Couple + Bride's Grandparents
Bride + Mom
Bride + Dad
Bride's Parents (just them)
Couple + Bride's and Groom's Parents
Couple + Groom's Parents & Siblings (+ their family/significant other)
Couple + Groom's Parents

Groom + Mom

If there are additional family group photos that you would like, please list them here with corresponding name(s) (e.g. Bride & groom with bride's sister, Sarah). Please allow 2 minutes for each additional shot. *Since we don't know everyone in your family, it is also helpful to designate a very vocal and organized friend or family member (maybe an Aunt/Godmother, not Mom/Dad of course) to help direct family portraits and ensure that they run smoothly & efficiently.
Names and Relationships of Bride's immediate family (parents, siblings & their significant other, nieces/nephews, grandparents):
Names and Relationships of Groom's immediate family (parents, siblings & their significant other, nieces/nephews, grandparents):
*Tips: Please tell all family members involved in formal portraits when and where they need to be for photographs ahead of time! Corralling and finding individuals on the wedding day can be difficult and we've found that things go smoother when everyone is on the same page in advance!
Sounds great!
