We first met Doron & Allison when we had the pleasure of Skype chatting with them earlier this year. We immediate connected with the vision they have for their Villa Terrace wedding and are so excited to be a part of their celebration in just under TWO weeks!!

As we started bouncing around location ideas for their engagement session, we stumbled upon Devil's Lake State Park in Baraboo, WI, and knew without a doubt it would be a gorgeous playground for us to create with them. It was a perfectly sunny day, we explored nearly every side of the lake, and even did some hiking to the loveliest sunset views. We used every last drop of sunlight and are in love with the ease Doron & Allison had together in front of our cameras. They are such a beautiful couple and we know they will make an incredible bride & groom NEXT Saturday! :)

HORSESHOE BAY DOOR COUNTY WEDDING | KARLA & GREG

Karla & Greg planned a wedding celebration that focused on two of their favorite things in the world: travel, and family. They believe experiences and moments are what life is all about, and we couldn't agree with them more! Throughout their relationship, Door County has always been a special place they would visit and fall in love with together over & over again. When it came time to plan their wedding, they knew bringing their closest loved ones to beautiful Door County would make for the perfect wedding celebration! 

Horseshoe Bay Golf Club is one of the most classic & timeless venues in the County. As soon as we met Karla & Greg and they shared their wedding vision with us, we couldn't WAIT for May 9th to arrive! Sparkly gold and pink as far as the eye could see (including Karla's gorgeous gown from London!) brought life & energy to their spring wedding with just the right amount of punchy hues. The thought they put into each and every detail of their wedding celebration speaks to their love of family; they really wanted to create a special celebration for everyone to enjoy! From the darling flower girl's bespoke dresses to a custom wedding stationary suite & custom map, each element of their wedding day was thoughtfully curated. Karla & Greg welcomed guests with a watercolor bag filled with their favorite Door County goodies, including Karla's signature chocolate dipped Oreo's with pink & gold edible glitter! They also represented their love of travel by directing guests to their seats with gold compasses, and enlisted a wonderful wedding team to make sure their day flowed smoothly and looked gorgeous, including Door County Event Planners, Flora and FlourGirl Patissier!

Top to bottom, Karla & Greg's wedding day was one that their friends & family will not soon forget, and even better is the love and adoration they share for one another. We feel so lucky to have been the ones to capture such a beautiful celebration of marriage!!

THE STREICH-BROWNS | WAUSAU FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY

It is families like the Streichs and Browns that make us truly love what we do. After photographing Lesley & Jason's engagement and wedding photos on her parents property, we also had the pleasure of photographing their sweet little Auden's newborn portraits in that very setting just last summer. Since Lesley's parents were soon-to-be moving, they wanted to plan one last portrait session on their beautiful land to preserve all of the special memories they've had there over the years! Of course we were ecstatic to see them and get back on Mary & Scott's stunning property. Not to mention, little Mr. Auden was cute as can be and had all of us smiling as he lit up with JOY when we brought out his books!! :)

As you will see by simply scrolling through this collection of images, Marie is one of the HAPPIEST people on the entire planet!! :) This is, of course, just one of the reasons we feel so lucky to call her one of our closest and most thoughtful friends!

You'll find Marie downtown creating gorgeous photos at Walkowski Photography, and when she's not there she's likely walking her fur babies, spending time with her handsome husband, or getting together with us for regularly scheduled wine/bonfire/dinner dates!
