ELEGANT MADISON CLUB WEDDING | AMANDA & NICK!

madison-club-wedding-photography-001

Immediately following an intimate ceremony at the charming Madison Club, we witnessed one of the most powerful and emotional moments in all of our wedding photography days. After exchanging the sweetest handwritten vows (that brought their closest friends & family to tears!), Amanda & Nick recessed out arm-in-arm as husband & wife. The moment they stepped out of the ceremony room, their arms immediately flew around one another with tearful eyes, as if the gravity of what had just happened really hit them. Everyone who witnessed this moment was easily overcome with goosebumps!

Guests were welcomed into cocktail hour with his & her signature drinks and traditional Italian cookies (a must-have at all Trentadue weddings!) while the evening sunlight poured into their joy-filled room. Below, a romantic & timeless reception space awaited! Every table was dressed with gold, blush & pink blooms styled to perfection by Daffodil Parker, all adorned with the warmth of candlelight! It was absolutely breathtaking!

Amanda & Nick and all of their guests were blessed with a gorgeous spring Wisconsin day! At the end of the night we asked Amanda how she thought her wedding day went and, after a short pause, all she could say was, Everything was perfect.

The very next day these two were swept away to Paris! We can only imagine the two of them roaming the streets as newlyweds (and can’t believe they forgot to take us!) ;) Cheers to a beautiful wedding celebration and this amazing couple!!

Love, Kelsy & Butch

Butch Photographs Kelsy | Pentax 6x7

Hello! Butch here. It's no secret that my favorite subject to photograph happens to share a house with me... But since Parker wasn't available for a spontaneous photo session, Kelsy quickly jumped at the opportunity (Buh! dum! dum!). Kidding! I got a new camera (since the Contax 645 seems to always be attached to Kelsy's hands) and couldn't wait to test it out. I definitely begged my lovely wife (and partner in photography everything), Kelsy, if she would model for me :) We added a Pentax 6x7 camera to the lineup and we couldn't be more excited about it! We'll be hitting the weight room a bit harder in the coming days to make sure we don't wear out on a wedding day. This camera is a beast! We've only run a few rolls of film through it, but it's quickly becoming my favorite! ... Sorry Hasselblad! 1-kelsy-03050006-blog2-kelsy-03050004-blog-pair3-kelsy-03050001-blog4-kelsy-03050009-blog-pair5-kelsy-03050008-blog6-kelsy-77030003-blog-pair7-kelsy-77030007-blog8-kelsy-03050005-blog

WEDDING & BABY FEATURES

Penelope-OnToBaby-Nursery Little Miss Penelope's newborn session stole our hearts in a hurry, and we couldn't be more thrilled that On to Baby happened to feel the same!! Sara & Brian dreamed up the cutest nursery that, we have no doubt, will surely serve as inspiration for future Moms & Dads as they plan their little lady's room :) SO grateful for this family!

Rustic-Wisconsin-Barn-Wedding

Jen & Rob's barn wedding in Wausau this past August was such an incredible day that we honestly wish we could relive it over & over again! The talented hands of Jen's Mom and Jenna from Jenna A Events created an absolute dream celebration for them to enjoy, and we enjoyed capturing every element! :) Thankful that Maggie from Rustic Wedding Chic also fell in love with Jen and Rob's wedding day!

ELDORADO CANYON STATE PARK | EXPLORING COLORADO

denver-colorado-photographers-001 Earlier this year we had the chance to do a little exploring around Denver, Colorado, and we JUST realized that we hadn't shared our adventure with you yet! This particular day was spent falling in love with a charming coffee shop/cafe, heading West to hike the Eldorado Canyon Trail at Eldorado Canyon State Park (with camera in hand of course), trying out a brewery downtown where Butch tasted his most tasty IPA of all time (big deal, folks!), and finally freshening up for a dinner at our favorite restaurant in Denver. SUCH a fun day – especially since it was a beautiful 60 degrees around Denver and Wisconsin was still buried in snow. ;) The mountains were absolutely beautiful and they left us wanting to come back for more!! Until next time, Colorado :)
