Jeanne & Dan both have that personality. They're as genuine as they come, and they also happen to be one of the cutest couples ever!! These two both radiate happiness & sincerity, and are full of personality! As Jeanne & Dan's wedding approached, the most important part to the two of them was that all of their loved ones were there and that each one of them enjoyed being a part of their day. From the modern feel of the Figge Art Museum to the charming farmer's market flowers (in vases that Jeanne collected especially for their celebration with her Mom & sisters!) and the classic style they brought to their day with cumber buns & bow-ties (our FAVORITE!!), we have no doubt that they achieved just that! Their cocktail hour and reception were filled with more laughter and energy than we can possibly describe with words, and the dance floor was jam-packed all night long!! In our minds, Jeanne & Dan's wedding day really was perfect (even with the rain!) and we feel truly privileged for capturing so many beautiful moments for the two of them and their wonderful friends & family. Thank you guys so much!! :)

DOOR COUNTY WEDDING | BRITANIE & STEVE

A wedding in beautiful Door County WI when the trilliums are blooming is what we would call a dream wedding! Britanie & Steve were married on May 18th in Sturgeon Bay and their day couldn't have been more perfect. Britanie slipped into her wedding dress at her parents' house (on Trillium Lane!) with the help of her favorite ladies, and from the moment her dress was on, so was her smile! Britanie seriously couldn't be seen without a smile on her face all day long. We aren't sure what's more contagious than a glowing-happy bride with genuine emotion written all over her face! Brit brought the smiles right out of Steve ,and we feel so lucky to have documented their wedding day!!

PIER WISCONSIN MILWAUKEE WEDDING | ZAINAB & MICHAEL!

Zainab & Mike have one of the most unique & adorable love stories we have ever heard, and there wasn't a face without a smile as it was recalled on their wedding day! They both share a passion for traveling & exploring, and their paths crossed when they decided to attend medical school in St. Maarten. Can you imagine a more beautiful place to earn your degree than the Caribbean?!? Zainab, already on the island, received an email from a friend saying that Mike would be arriving to attend med school, just like her! She also mentioned that she had arranged for Zainab to pick Mike up from the airport to show him around, suggesting that they might hit it off ;) Mike sent a photo so that Zainab would recognize him and, after sharing it with friends, it was agreed that he was very cute! Zainab & Mike immediately had a connection, and it continued to grow as they explored the island and endured med school together.

Having met in paradise, we are certain that their wedding day in Milwaukee was equally as beautiful!! Zainab & Mike's ceremony included the perfect blend of Persian and Jewish traditions – our favorites being the honey they tasted off of each other's fingers for sweetness & happiness, and of course the breaking of the glass followed by a loud and heartfelt "Mazel Tov"!

Zainab & Mike, photographing your beautiful wedding was both a pleasure and a privilege!! We cannot thank you enough, and are so happy for the two of you! :)

ELEGANT MILWAUKEE WEDDING | LAUREN & RYAN

From the moment we arrived at the Hilton in downtown Milwaukee, the energy and excitement that both Lauren and Ryan (and their awesome family/bridal party!) had set the tone for an amazing day! Lauren was absolutely radiant. Together, her and Ryan made an elegant & classic bride and groom :) Both Marquette alums, it only seemed fitting to tie the knot at Gesu – an absolutely stunning church to say "I do!"

Lauren & Ryan had originally planned an August 31st wedding, but in January they found out that literally ALL of the hotels in Milwaukee were booked for a Harley Davidson anniversary celebration. It definitely speaks to their character that they were quickly able to refocus and plan for a May wedding :) Everything happens for a reason, and that statement couldn't be more true to these two! This wedding was beautiful from beginning to end, and we are so grateful to have captured Lauren & Ryan's absolutely classic day!

Welcoming, HAPPY, optimistic, easy-going, and genuine. Katie & Kevin are one of the most authentic couples we have had the honor of photographing!! Throughout their entire planning process, they wanted to create an experience for their guests that 110% reflected them and their relationship. With the help of friends & family members near & far, they designed, created, styled & assembled their dream wedding day (and we have no doubt that they had an absolute blast doing so!). Whether that involved traveling to a little farm to purchase vintage doors (and being invited in to chat & hear about the sweet woman's life experiences) or antiquing to find crates for their sweets table, they definitely dove in head first to wedding planning and created a million memories along the way. If you ask us, that's them as a couple. Together they love adventures, beer tasting, and escaping away to Lake Superior for hikes and real moments. Katie & Kevin share a happiness that we wish upon everyone we know!! We thank them from the bottom of our hearts for inviting us into their celebration. :)
